Welcome to Master Laura Zant's A.T.A. Martial Arts.  We specialize in martial art classes that not only teach the physical aspect of American Songahm Taekwondo, but also teach the life skills that you or your child will need to develop a well rounded individual. We strive to help our students develop confidence, leadership skills, coordination, respect for self and others, self esteem, discipline, and a general feeling of self worth.

American Songahm Taekwondo is a perfect sport as each student advances by their own pace, not measured against other students. We do not have any "bench sitters" in our sport.

Our certified staff has over 20 years of martial arts training as well as a background in educational training.

We invite you to come by and visit our school for a free introductory class. Students should wear comfortable clothing for their first class as they will participate in blocks, strikes, and kicks.
