PRIVATE LESSON INFORMATION
(Effective Nov. 1, 2009) Private lessons are available for all students who are active members at Master Zant’s ATA Martial Arts. The lessons are in addition to regular classes, not in replacement of. Each student must attend 10 regular forms classes, and camo belts and above must also attend 4 additional sparring classes to test for the next rank.
Beginning Nov. 1, 2009 private lesson rates will be as follows: ½ Hour Session - $ 20.00 1 Hour Session - $ 35.00 If you want to share a session, there will be an additional $5.00 charge per person. For example, if two people share a 30 minute session the entire cost will be 25.00. ($20.00 + $5.00 ) If three people share a one hour session the total cost would be $45.00. ($35.00 + $5.00 + $5.00) Group lessons will be organized and the cost worked out separately in accordance with amount of time and number of students attending the session.
If you wish to have an instructor create an entirely new XMA Open Hand or XMA Weapons Form, Creative Form or Creative Weapons Form for you, there will be a flat fee charge of $100.00.
All private lesson students must wear TKD pants, XMA pants, or warm-ups. No shorts or spaghetti strap type shirts are allowed for lessons. Students attending sparring lessons must wear long pants with no pockets ! This is for your safety !!
Please pick up your student promptly at the conclusion of their session, unless prior arrangements have been made with your instructor.
All private lessons need to be booked and paid for in advance of that session. If you pay for a session, and are unable to attend please notify the instructor in charge of your session within 24 hours, or you will be charged for that session. Exceptions will be made in the event of an emergency. If you pay by check, please make your check out to your instructor, not to the ATA Academy. Payment must be made in cash or check, no credit cards will be accepted as payment. Please make payments directly to the instructor, not at the payment counter.
