  Orange Belt One Steps – Hickory Dickory Block


Rhyme                                            Explanation


Hickory Dickory Block                     Step Right Foot Back to Back Stance w/ double outer forearm block
The Backfist goes on top                  left back fist
We punch down low                        Aim left arm to stomach and right punch
Step Back, Round Kick So              Step left foot back and do right round kick
Hickory Dickory Block                    Step right foot away & double outer block.


Hickory Dickory Block                    Step L Foot over to L Front Stance with double outer block
We round kick here                        Right Round kick to the middle
point punch to the ear                     Right hand aims to head and left punch.
Step back and Kick to the middle     Right leg steps back, then left side kick
Now that's our riddle                        left leg steps together, load double outer forearm block
Hickory Dickory Block                     Right foot steps away, double outer forearm block



Hickory Dickory Block                     Step Right foot over to a Right front stance with double outer block.
Punch and Twist and use your fist    Aim right arm to middle and twist to left punch to middle.
Punch to the nose                           Load right arm to face then left punch to face.

Twist and Kick, lickity split               Twist back and left side kick. Step Left foot back together,

Yellow Belt One Steps - Hey Diddle Diddle

Hey Diddle Diddle                        Slide to the right in a back stance and
jump right from the middle            add a double outer forearm block.
Jump kick right over the belt.        #3 Left Jump Front Kick
Knife strike up high                       Left knifehand strike to face
Punch the belt where you tie        Load Left  Hand to middle and Right reverse punch
Now jump back                             Step left foot back to right foot. Load double outer forearm block
and protect your eyes.                  step right foot away and block.

Hey diddle diddle                          Slide to the left in a back stance and
Jump left from the middle              add a double outer forearm block.
Jump kick right over the belt.        #3 Right Jump Front Kick
Back fist to the eyes                     Right backfist to head and load right arm to ribs
Punch low then high                     do left reverse punch. Load left arm to head and right punch. 
Add a kick                                     #1 Right round kick, step right foot back
and a block                                   Load double outer forearm block, Step left foot back and block.

Hey diddle diddle                         Left foot steps back to middle stance
Low block to the middle               Right low block.
We try to run away                       Step right foot up to left foot with your back to the attacker.
Sneak in with your fist                  Load a left back fist and step left foot to attacker and left back fist to
                                                     attacker.
knife hand with your wrist.            Add a left knife hand strike to neck.
Step away with a kick                   Step left foot all the way around. Right round kick. Step Left foot 
                                                      together. Load the double outer forearm block.
